Meet Our Staff

	Davin – Lead Maintenance Technician Davin has been working with STC Investments since 2001, and has extensive experience in all aspects of building maintenance and plumbing. From Good Hope, he enjoys paintballing, hunting, mudding, and drag racing.
	Mike – Maintenance Technician Mike has been working with STC Investments since 2007 and comes to us with over 30 years of construction trades, including a HVAC/R (Heating/Air Conditioning/Refrigeration & Electrical) certification and an EPA certification for refrigeration safe handling & usage from Quincy Tech. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys his 1989 Mustang GT and woodworking.
	Frank – Maintenance Technician Frank has been working with STC Investments since 2000. He specializes in carpentry, (a family trade), lawn care and overall maintenance. Prior to his employment with STC Frank obtained his Associates Degree in Management from Illinois Central College after which he spent 20+ years as a Meat Department Manager for Kroger. Family with six children, Frank and his fiancee remain busy, but Frank also enjoys martial arts, bowling, and in general, all sports.
	Dustin – Maintenance Technician Dustin has been working with STC Investments since 2008, bringing with him two years of building trade experience and general construction skills. Dustin is from Good Hope but now resides in Macomb. Outside of work and spending time with his son, he enjoys paintballing, camping, and photography, and mud racing.
	Jill – Property Manager Jill, a WIU graduate, began working with STC Investments in 2007. Outside work and spending time with her family and friends, she enjoys working out, dog training, photography scrapbooking, and her latest interest is archery with the bow.
	Heather – Property Manager Heather has been employed at STC Investments since August of 2006. In 2008, she received an Associates in Arts and continues to work toward her Bachelors Degree. Heather also received a Cosmetology license from LaMont's International School of Cosmetology. Outside of work and family, Heather enjoys photography, shows, and traveling.
